Invitation to Friends
Dear Marilyn,
You and my son should come and join me in my Country Streetopia. We have many amusing things here, we have cars which i know you aren't really into but we as well have free food and I know how you love food. The country is amazing we have a lot of open roads and we include free gas. The country is mostly based on car things which you don't really like but I'm pretty sure you would start to get into these things when you start living here with me.
As well Jaden would get a FREE car for just coming to live here and I'm pretty sure he would love a free car. I think you should come and try this place out see if you like it and if you don't you still won't be able to leave I won't let you :D. But hey at least we will be together so it would be worth it if you come.

Governing Body
Streetopia's governing body is going to be some what like the united states. We would elect a president and every city would have a mayor and we shall make laws and pass it through the judges and then the president would agree or disagree so it would be fair. If a president or a Leader isn't being fair then we will either vote him off or just kick him off ourselves, and if the president thinks you're being unfair then he has the power to vote you out of the congress.
Our congress would be set up by the people we want and vote into it and evveryone HAS to vote and if the don't vote they will be fined. The congress would help the president make new rules and jail people if they really need to. The people of Streetopia would as well have the right to elect who they think would make a good improvement to our country. And as well if the goverment is failing we would have to go to a dicatorship just incase to get our government back up and running then changed back to the old ways.

List of Laws
+ No Stealing other CARS, because everyone has a right to there own car and no one would like to have there own cars stolen.
+ Free Gas, because gas is expensive and we street racers need alot of it so it shall be free in our new country
+ Cautious Speeding Is Okay, because we don't want to many dead people or car crashes so CAUTIOUS SPEEDING IS A MUST!
+ Racing is not a Crime, because racing is a world wide thing and many people like the adrenaline rush and deserver to have it all the time if they want and not be scared to get pulled over and get tickets
+ Free Food, because everyone needs to eat in my country and they deserver to eat even if they don't have
money for it
+ No such thing as Registration or Pink slips., because it is kinda to expensive for someone to register a car and its a hassel with long lines so in my country you wont need to
+ No Killing Others, common sence murder is never acceptable if you kill you shall be jailed
+ Free Car Parts, because car parts are expensive and not alot of people would have money to make there cars faster and people deserve to have what they want in there cars
+If you kill you shall be jailed or kick out of Streetopia
+When a child is born he is born with the right of owning his first car which he is given when he turns 12 years of age.

Explanation of Your Name
STREETOPIA- I chose the name Streetopia for what my Utopia is going to be revolved around in which would be Street Racing and Racing Cars. Where it would be LEGAL to race and do what you really want to do on your love of cars and racing. My Utopia was also revolved on my love of illegal racing and of cars also based on how my friends like cars and what they would want like free gas and free car parts. That's why I named my Utopia after what you need to race, which is a perfect street.
Declaration of Independence
We the people of Streetopia, In order to form a more perfect Union dis ban from the United States of America in order to hold Justice,Peace, and Tranquility against all the illegal racing and speeding laws that are prevailed and enforced to the people. In OUR utopia we will have and hold our peace and justice in doing what WE as a UNION want to and NEED TO DO! We as a Utopia would have many street racing cars and tracks to race at or even if you want open streets for your pleasure of doing so. We wouldn't have to pay for gas, gas would have to pay us.
We would Unite the Muscle and the Tuner Conflict and make a perfect union of racing cars and prove once and for all which section of cars are faster! We as a union would have FREE car upgrades to make our cars faster we wouldn't believe in Drivers License if you know how to drive then you shall be a eligible driver and racer! You would have to Earn a spot on the track but when you do you shall prevail and enjoy everything you get out of cars. For support of Declaration of Streetopia we pledge our motivation our lives and our trust in our Utopia to prevail and control and take over any on coming issues that we would have to face!
